Application for Selection of Beneficiaries for the financial year 2022-2023 under Mother and Child Assistance Program is open to apply with all the requirements and conditions.

#terms -

01. Age: 20-35 years

02. Order of pregnancy: Must be first and second

03. National Identity Card: National Identity Card is mandatory

04. Antenatal Care Card: Must have Antenatal Care Card Antenatal Care Card

05. Account number: Beneficiary should have a bank or mobile banking account in his own name.

#Whatever is required to apply

1. Applicant's National Identity Card

2. Given from the Department of Health and Family Planning. NC Card (Pregnancy Services Card)

03. Bank or mobile banking account in the name of the beneficiary.

Along with necessary documents if you are eligible under the above conditions
